I just finished reading The Serialist and absolutly loved the book. David Gordon's characters are sharp and witty and he differs from Thomas Harris in that he doesn't make his characters so dark, you could almost know someone like Darian Clay. I recommend the book to anyone who loves a good yarn.

I just finished reading We Happy Few. David Gordon seeems to make a career of writing about other writers. Anyway, I found the story very good and I look forward to seeing a collection of Gordon's short stories soon.
